Just 40 minutes by boat, few miles from Marsa Alam, you’ll discover one of the most spectacular reefs in the area, National Park since 2004. The real name of the reef is Sha’ab Samadai, but it is known as Dolphin House for the presence of a permanent family of dolphins.

As a national park, very restrictive rules are in place, which divide the dive site into three different areas: the exclusive Dolphin Zone A, the B Zone only for Snorkeling with mandatory floating vest and C Area for boating and for scuba diving.

The first dive is normally carried out on the east side, directly from the boat or by zodiac. It crosses the barrier to reach (depending on the certifications, open, advanced or more experienced) the maximum depth of 24 to 30 meters, reaching suggestive caves. Not far from the area around the boats, roughly 15-17 meters deep, we find a series of pinnacles covered with alcionaries and a true expanse of anemones inhabited by funny clownfish.

For the second dive, you move on the western side, with the boat or by zodiac, with impressive passages in fascinating canyons full of corals and fish of every species. You will reach  the outer pinnacle, and in the drop-off you can see some pelagic species such as tangled, barracudas, napoleon fish. Depending on the air still available, you can continue the tour of pinnacles covered with colorful alcionaries, gorgonies, sponges and various hard coral species, until you reach the boat directly.
