Located on the seafront road in the city of Marsa Alam, 60 km south of Marsa Alam airport, our Residence was built in 2007 on a project by a well- known Italian architect Mr. Tamini, and offers an elegant environment, with large and well-kept common spaces, unique in its kind and renovated in 2018 and 2020. On the first floor there are the private apartments (almost all italian owners), one-room (studio), two-room or three-room apartments, fully furnished and complete with accessories, air conditioning in every room, toilet with shower and bidet.

Our Deep Ashri Apartments  provide customers access to single rooms or full suites, family rooms, allowing you to find an option that fits the number of individuals joining your trip. We also provide a breakfast service, which means there is no need to worry about what’s for breakfast tomorrow.

We offer a wide selection of rooms, with multiple size options that customers can choose from, double room with balcony and pool view, double room with sea view, standard double room and single rooms.

In-house cleaning staff always ensures sheets are clean and fresh. The staff also provides cleaning services for all rooms on a daily basis.
